Spiritual Life
Spiritual development is a priority in the life of Community Presbyterian Church. We provide opportunities for prayer retreats, classes, and spiritual development to enhance the spiritual life of the congregation and community.

Rev. Dr. Spencer Parks brought a document to our Congregational Gathering on October 26, 2025 as a way to reflect on who we are, where we serve, and how we might faithfully respond to God’s call in the years ahead. It offers a rich overview of Community Presbyterian Church in Redmond, Oregon - our Christ-centered mission, vibrant worship life, and deep commitment to outreach both locally and globally.

It also paints a detailed picture of Redmond’s social and economic landscape, identifies underserved populations, and highlights ministry opportunities where we can make a meaningful impact. This is more than a report - it’s a shared invitation to dream, discern, and serve together.

The Prayer Chain
This is a dedicated group of people who believe in the power of prayer and will immediately offer a prayer in faith when a request is made to them from the church office or from the Pastor. James 5:16 "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed." Contact the office to sign up.

Mt. Angel Prayer Retreat
This is an opportunity for spiritual preparation for Easter. It provides quiet, meditation, and prayer in a beautiful setting at Mt. Angel Abbey. Contact the office about this year's opportunity.
